Virgin (Glen Buxton)
Glen looks great w/ hair shorter than his Alice Cooper days and a more slender built. He looked a lot younger as I guess the last few years w/ Billion Dollar Baby tour took it’s toll on him.
Mike Nitro is the lead vocalist and guitarist as bass player Postman also sings (Tom Petty-ish) a few numbers. Most of the material is original music and since it’s the eighties they do have a little 80’s sound. Glen let loose on a few numbers and they do cover 2 Alice songs “Desperado” and “I’m Eighteen”. But I have to say the vocals on these 2 covers don’t do them justice. They are better w/ their own material. They even mention on “Stay” an original was written by Glen.
There is some distortion to this recording but it’s from the recording of the video. But it’s not as bad as the Buxton Flynn Band recording.

1983 line up:
Glen Buxton: lead guitar
Micahel Nitro: vocals, guitar
Postman: vocals, bass (although the video reads as Postel)
Fred Macone: drums

Just Testing interview w/ Glen Buxton
This is actually the whole interview w/ Glen before they edited it for the Glen Buxton Memorial video. I find this better since it doesn't have the music playing in the background so you can actually hear Glen talking. I don't know why put music in the background when they are interviewing I find this very annoying. So back to the G.B. interview which is one of the better history of the Alice Cooper band. Glen tells us how they met and how they broke up. Glen even agrees w/ Alice's statement saying they didn't have time to enjoy the fruits of their labor when they had to go back into the studio to record a new album then go on the road again. Onlything wrong w/ this interview is it's too short. I think Glen has plenty of stories to tell and didn't seem shy on sharing w/ us.

Just Testing (Glen Buxton)
Glen as guest interviews Weird Al. This is a very short interview as Glen asks Weird Al some questions that are written down on a piece of paper. I received this w/ the Weird Al videos cut out so you just get Glen & Al. Glen seems to have a tough time stumbling through the questions and when Al gives a response Glen at time seems to be writing it down.

Buxton Flynn Band (Glen Buxton)
Would of gave this 4 EYES if not for the defective recording of this show on a few songs. Glen Buxton teams up Mike Flynn who's one awesome guitarist. I never heard of Flynn but they could of been one of the best bands around w/ 2 outstanding guitarist. Flynn on lead vocals has that Allman Brothers sound. This tape unfortunately isn't the best quality as a few songs get distorted. They cover 'School's Out' and The Doors 'Roadhouse Blues'. The other songs I'm not sure if they are original or rare covers but they sound very good. The encore song is one long jam that is amazing w/ Glen & Mike soloing too bad during the recording it gets distorted for about a few minutes but then it clears up near the end to hear Glen give some great licks. I wish I have this recording w/out the defects it would be one hell of a recording.

Band: Glen Buxton: guitar, Mike Flynn:vocals & guitar, Jason:bass, Joe:drums

Area 51 (Michael Bruce,Glen Buxton, Neal Smith)
This isn't the offical recording that came out but only a piece of it. This recording only includes 4 songs I believe the actual recording was longer.
This is the very first time these 3 guys came together and unfortunately the last performance by Glen.
Richie Scarlet fills in to join the band. Michael takes over lead vocals and Glen's playing like he never left the band. Neal of course still rules the drums.
