"Two For The Road" and "Holy Man's War - Alice Cooper, guest vocals Icon another Phoenix band Alice has helped out in '89. Some of these guys also worked with Alice. Icon had two songs with Alice Cooper as guest vocals. "Two For The Road" and "Holy Man's War" both songs I like are well done. "Two For The Road" is a basic rock n roll song as "Holy Man's War" is an epic. About over 7 minutes it starts off with sounds of battle and political speeches. Alice speaks during the instrumental part of this song. The rest of this album is ok but have to say the songs Alice appears on are the best. Icon is Jerry Harrison - vocals, Tracy Wallach - bass, Drew Bollmann - guitars, Pat Dixon - drums. Dan Wexler - guitars & synth guitar. Also Dan Wexler co-wrote some songs with Alice and others on "The Last Temptation" album. |
