Good To See You Again, Alice Cooper Reissued
Concert footage from Dallas and Houston, Texas in 1973. The original version has The Alice Cooper Group performing comedy sketches between the concert footage. This was intended to be like The Beatles "Hard Day's Night" but as Alice comments in the DVD commentary "we're like The Psychedelic Monkees". There is no actually story to the sketches as it falls apart. Later they edited out the sketches and replaced it with old movie footage and a few pieces of Alice of what looks like to be in an interview.
But enough of that. The best thing about this movie is showing the original band performing on stage with all the theatrics.

As for the DVD version which includes extras. First you have the original footage w/ the band skits inbetween the concert. Original Theatrical Trailer and Radio Spots. Photo gallery w/ Original promotional material. Band Biographies which is a brief bio of each member. You also have the option to view the concert w/ the skits or w/out the skits. Plus you have Alice's commentary version which is funny btw. Also an outtake and an alternative version of "Unfinished Sweet".
There are some flecks, dust spots and at time it seems the editing wasn't the greatest but it shows the original band at their height.

This is Alice at his raunchiness. You have to understand Alice was in his mid 20's and a lot of the theatrics involved sex. Whether it's Alice humping a manniquin, getting drilled by the dentist or stuffing anything on stage down his crotch. You also have the Dancing Tooth played by Cindy Smith, Dennis Dunaway's wife, Neal Smith's sister. The Amazing Randi plays the Executioner and Dentist. As you all know The Amazing Randi was the one who created the guillotine.
What I didn't know was during the scene of "I Love The Dead" when Alice is secured in the Guillotine during that section Michael Bruce was singing as Alice was lip syncing the words.
I wondered about that cause Alice didn't have the mic next to him.

This is a must if you are into the original band.

The Easter Eggs hidden code:
There are 4 different "easter eggs" on the DVD. 3 out of the 4 have no sound.
To find the "hidden" pieces of Alice Cooper film on the DVD, go to the following
spots on your DVD menu:

1) Go to "Audio Menu" - navigate right from "Commentary" link (Tombstone out-takes)
Shows different takes of the shovel smashing the tombstone
also one take which the shovel gets caught in the tombstone but it doesn't break.
Then a few shots of Alice's face as he is swinging the shovel at the tombstone.
No sound.

2) Go to "Scenes / Songs Menu -- Page 1" - navigate left from "Animal Road" link (Rat out-takes)
very brief...shows a hand placing a rat on the Stone Head. No sound.

On a side note before this take they have that clap board that reads "scene 1 or scene 2" etc...
well above it it reads the title of the movie as "Hard Hearted Alice"
I know they said that was the title at onetime.

3) Go to "Scenes / Songs Menu -- Page 2" - navigate right from
"Sick Thing" link (Graveyard / Corpse out-takes)
few takes of Alice's foot stepping on a hand as it reaches out from the grave.
No sound.

4) Go to "Bonus Menu" -- -navigate left from "Deleted Scene" link (Alice Cooper press conference scenes)
r p
The only audio clip is from a press conference which is
it's not really a whole interview it's mostly Alice's witty remarks
but you don't know what the questions are...
