Spooks & Creeps
This collection of 6 short horror stories includes one w/ Alice Cooper that happens to be the first story titled "Freakshow". Alice does the introduction as well as doing the voice of Pirate Jack, a pumpkin. The story starts on Halloween night when two siblings, Joey & Sara go to the carnival. Joey the little boy dressed as a Pumpkin who just wants candy & Sara the older sister as a Cat who “wants to see some freaks”. Mr. Fingers rejects the duo from entering the show after Sara remark. They sneak in only to get separated who then Mr. Fingers finds the boy and tells him “for every treat you don’t eat you must give me a treat in return”. The boy collects bars and bars of candy from every freak that answers the door he knocks on. As he is stuffed Mr. Fingers reminds him of his promise for every treat he gets to eat. The boy offers candy to Mr. Fingers who rejects them as he tells the boy how greedy he is for collecting more than he can eat. Mr. Fingers and Freaks strap the boy to a chair placing his hand on a flat board and exposing a bowl of fingers showing him why he is called Mr. Fingers. The boy says he'll eat all of his the candy as he starts to binge on the sack full of treats. As the freaks surround Joey they all start chanting, “We will make you, we will make you one of us”. Mean while his sister finds an obese Joey strapped to the chair and screams as Mr Fingers chases her out of the carnival. On her exit out of the carnival is a new poster presenting "The Human Pumpkin". The film is about 10 minutes long.
As for horror stories I find this very entertaining. This reminds me "Night Gallery" as the other stories are just as good. Some range from 3 minutes to about 15 minutes. Most of the stars are people you may not know by name until you see them.
