Strange Case of Alice Cooper

April of 1979 at San Diego, Ca. Alice is performing
his "Mad House Rock" tour in promoting "From The Inside"
album. This Alice's clean and sober tour as he is released from detox
hospital and wrote a whole album on his experience with co-writer (of
Elton John) Bernie Taupin. Alice looks very
thin but is energetic as he runs around the stage. This is the beginning
of his vocal change as well. Don't know how to explain it but his vocals
are different compared listening to his other concerts. The theatrics
are just a good as quite a few props from "Welcome To My Nightmare"
reappear. Alice also uses the giant screen from that tour as well. Also
on a bootleg audio I have it includes two songs that are not on this
film. "Dead Babies" and unreleased "All Strapped Up"
which was only performed during the concert. This edit was due to time
constraints of the vhs.
